ABC7 – sola’s Chef Carol Wallack participating in South Beach Wine & Food Festival

Chef Carol Wallack is getting out of winter-weary Chicago and heading to sunny Florida this week. But it will be a working getaway; the chef and owner of Chicago’s sola restaurant, is going to Miami participate in “The Best of The Best” event at the 2010 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
