“That’s a tall drink of water.” We’ve heard that said about The Big Guy an awful lot. Not talking about the cocktail, but the guy himself – Jason Skorup, a former Sola rockstar and present day resident of Seattle. And at 6’7″, it’s not without merit.
This drink, inspired by the big guy himself, mixes up Bulliet Bourbon, housemade plum – ginger syrup and ginger ale and will readily talk your ear off about the finer differences between Nirvana’s crunchy melodies and Pavement’s looser guitar work. Oh wait – we’ve confused our Big Guys again. This one is just delicious.
